goo… URL shortener?
Due to its name, I can’t not mention it: Google has just announced their own URL shortener service: “goo.gl”. Of course there are all the usual objections to such services – well, not all, in this case: they’re not for public consumption (yet), only for Google products. And it’s also undeniable that they are useful.
But just for the name, kudos, Google.
